Honorary mention in EVOLO 2011 competition.
As the result of lack of the land in Singapore, new constructions are highly encouraged to integrate green areas. Considering island’s climate and its insufficient water resources, the emphasis is set on building strategies that utilize natural ventilation, rainwater and provide shaded outdoor spaces.
The intention of the project is to consider the above mentioned objectives and to respond to the constant search of the perfect home which is private house with its own garden located in the close proximity to the downtown.

Dubai competition
2009
An iconic tall emblem structure that contributes to the new face of Dubai is 170m tall tower. The structure, that with simple but strategic movements transforms its shape.
The podium incorporates lobby, conference facilities, childrens library and underground parking for employees and a WATERWALK. SKYCAFE and SKYWALK are located in the upper part of the tower.
The podium & WATERWALK is forming artificial landscape, in fact, visually it is a landscape element itself rather than building, with water terraces, slopes and hundreds of cascading waterfalls, creating spectacular experience that adds another attraction point to the project and the park as well.
